Subscriptions & Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

Disclaimer

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of Liability

APP STAR FAMILY PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

EU and UK Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, applicable law may give you a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days without giving a reason, unless you have expressly consented to immediate access to that content and acknowledged that you lose this withdrawal right once performance begins.

Where you make a purchase through the Apple App Store, Apple's own purchase flow may present this consent and acknowledgment to you directly, and Apple's refund and cancellation policies may also apply to your purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory right you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence, including any right to a remedy for digital content that is not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
